Planting Instructions:

For best results, direct sow chamomile seeds outdoors after the danger of frost has passed, or start indoors 4–6 weeks before the last frost date. Lightly press seeds onto the soil surface—do not cover, as chamomile requires light to germinate. Keep soil evenly moist during germination (7–14 days). Space seedlings 6–12 inches apart. Water regularly, though established plants are somewhat drought-tolerant. Harvest flowers on sunny days just as they fully open for the best flavor and aroma.

Warning:

Chamomile may cause allergic reactions in individuals sensitive to plants in the Asteraceae family (such as ragweed). Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, or those taking medications, should consult a healthcare professional before using chamomile medicinally. May cause mild stomach upset in pets if ingested.
