Keeping Your Plants Safe
Our uniquely designed packaging ensures your plant arrives to it's new home safe and sound!
1. Your plant is wrapped in a dirt bag to keep the soil where it's supposed to be.
2. Your plant is then sleeved if needed, protecting it's gorgeous leaves.
3. Next, it is placed into a custom-made insert that is secured into the box.
4. Finally, the box is taped up and sent off on its journey to you!
HOW WE SHIP
At Flower Power, we sell and ship a variety of living products. In most cases, we ship your items shortly after you place an order on our website.
Please note, delivery arrival times are estimates only and may change based on order volume or other circumstances, like weather-related delays.

Where and how do we ship?
We ship anywhere in the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii & Alaska).
To accommodate the best possible customer experience, we offer 3 different shipping methods: FedEx, UPS, USPS.
What are our shipping rates?
We charge $8.95 flat rate for shipping.
When will I get my package?
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to hand pick, clean, and package your plant.
After your plant is packaged and ready to go, your delivery time will be 2-4 days.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
We offer a 30 Day Guarantee. In the off chance your plant arrives frozen, dead, or otherwise not how you expected, we’ll make it right.
Take a picture of both the plant and the box.
Send us a message with photo(s) attached within 30 days of the delivery date to orders@hokeness.codes

We know it can be daunting buying plants, especially online. We ensure you are completely satisfied. On the very rare chance your plant arrives damaged, we'll ship you a replacement and our Plant Experts will provide you with tips and tricks to keep your plant happy and thriving.
